Kenneth Marshall is the Senior Vice President, Commercial Division for Olshan Properties and is responsible for overseeing the operations, leasing, development and overall financial performance of Olshan Properties’ commercial portfolio of assets.

Mr. Marshall has over 25 years of diversified involvement with retail, office and mixed use assets, including extensive experience in the development of regional shopping centers and mixed use projects.  Prior to joining Olshan Properties, Mr. Marshall served as Vice President of Development for REIT WP Glimcher responsible for the execution of regional mall and mixed use redevelopment and expansion projects.  Previous positions also included Executive Vice President – Commercial Assets for Colonial Properties Trust where he led the division that was responsible for the operations, leasing and development of all commercial assets for the company.   During his tenure at Colonial he managed an extensive asset disposition program and was responsible for JV relationship management.  From 1992 to 2005 he held various retail development positions with Urban Retail Properties Co. and The Westfield Corporation.

Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Illinois, and he is a registered Architect.
