Having successfully invested nearly $2.7bn of capital, Normandy has acquired or developed over 25 million square feet of commercial space, 2,500 residential units, 1,100 hotel rooms, and numerous land development sites. Olshan Properties was a founding partner of Normandy and continues to be a General Partner of its venture funds.
