The Feil Organization, a New York City based real estate development and management firm, has successfully acquired, developed and managed over 26 million square feet of retail, commercial and industrial properties, over 5,000 residential rental units, as well as hundreds of net leased properties and thousands of acres of undeveloped land across the country. Olshan Properties has partnered with the Feil Organization in various residential and commercial property joint-ventures as well as being founding members of the RCG Longview series of debt and equity funds.
